Recent expansion has provided the following opportunities in our Parts Organization. All positions are located in Fresno, California:
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
As a member of New Flyer’s team, you will provide leadership and direction to employees in the Warehouse by encouraging strong employee relations, promoting effective communication and feedback, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality standards are met to meet or exceed our Customer expectation. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing warehouse activities; monitoring, measuring and reporting data integrity; and effectively and efficiently coordinating and assigning resources.
As the successful candidate you will have 3-5 years related experience in a warehouse distribution environment with knowledge of quality assurance, shipping/receiving, picking, packing, cycle counting, inventory maintenance, and material handling processes. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience with the proven ability to effectively communicate within a team environment, coupled with strong organizational skills and proven problem solving abilities are necessary. Microsoft office experience is required, and Oracle experience is an asset.
WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR(s)
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring all warehouse related data entry tasks are completed daily, review reports and provide status information on open shipping and receiving information. You will coordinate and ensure timely shipping of parts returns, ensuring all relevant documents are completed accurately and provided for all shipments, and order supplies and maintain and control inventory levels for the warehouse.
As the successful candidate, you will have 3-5 years related experience and knowledge of warehouse processes, combined with accurate data entry skills. You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain effective relations with internal and external customers. This position requires a flexible, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who is able to maintain a high level of accuracy and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Working knowledge of MS Office is required, with Oracle experience considered an asset.
STOCKKEEPER(s)
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you are responsible for warehouse receiving, shipping and material handling functions including; picking, packing, put away, and the operation of various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, etc.
As the successful candidate, you will have some related experience working in a distribution warehouse.
