Suppliers are subjected to a rigorous Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) program. Customer Response: Our high-priority, customer response process addresses every touchpoint within our company. Our commitment is to service our customers during the inquiry, design and build process and throughout the operating life of the vehicles.
